Candidates with
DNB/MD/MS qualification
in the ophthalmology are
eligible ,with
preference to DNB
candidates.
Selection
Selection is based on an
entrance test conducted
by the National Board Of
Examinations around
May-June every year.

trainee will go through
a structured training
programme, maintain a
performance record book
and undergo an
examination at the
end of the training.
Candidates will be
awarded Fellow, National
